Return policy

Are the items you ordered not quite what you had in mind or is it the wrong size? Of course that can happen.

What should you do?

Step 1: Always send an email to retours@boutiquebyjlk.be to register your return.

Please mention in the email:

- Your name + order number
- The item you want to return
- If you gonna send your return to the adress in the Netherlands: please add the track & trace because your return will arrive at our Dutch Post Point address. *Returns are collected every Saturday.

This way we are aware of your return and we can handle it correctly. You do not have to wait for a confirmation for return if you meet the return conditions.

Do you have a question about your return, how to report a defect?
Then we ask you to email to info@boutiquebyjlk.be. The return mailbox only serves to register your return.

Step 2: Send the items by post, within 14 days working days (after receipt). You can choose yourself via which courier you return the package. Make sure that the return form is included with your return.

Return conditions:

  • The products/clothing/shoes must be in original condition (not washed, no smoke smell, no stains, not worn, no strong perfume smell! and undamaged). If you have a strong perfume scent, your return will not be refunded.
  • The item must have original labels.
  • The items must be returned in the original packaging (ie proper packaging).
  • Return costs are at your own expense (unless defective)
  • Attention: sale items may be returned, but you will receive a gift voucher worth the purchase amount.
  • Returns are at your own risk ; we are not responsible for loss of returns. We recommend that you return your package with a tracking code from Bpost or PostNL, so that you have proof of shipment.

To make the return costs as cheap as possible, we have a Postpunt address for our Dutch customers.
