When will my order will be shipped? Your order will be send in 24h after receiving your order.
Payment methods - you can pay with PayPal, ApplePay or with Visa or Mastercard
» I signed up for the newsletter, but I haven’t received a discount code?
You can sign up for our newsletter via the pop-up on our website. For privacy reasons, we are not allowed to email you this code. That’s why we clearly state in the pop-up that you need to copy the code and then use it at checkout.
Not seeing the pop-up anymore? Try closing all your browser windows or use a private browsing window.
» Do you also ship to the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship to the Netherlands. Your order will be shipped via PostNL (Netherlands). Your package will be handed over within the Netherlands itself, so your order will be delivered faster.
» When do I qualify for free shipping?
You get free shipping on orders over €100. This applies to shipping within Belgium and to the Netherlands.
» I placed an order (multiple items) and one of them is a pre-order, what now?
Your order will only be shipped once all items are in stock. That’s why we always mention the shipping date of the pre-order in the description.
» I haven’t received a confirmation email or a tracking email?
Be sure to check your spam folder. You’ll always receive a confirmation email for your purchase, and as soon as we register your package with Bpost or PostNL, you’ll get another email with the tracking info. Still no email in your spam? Contact us and we’ll be happy to help!
» The items are not as expected, I’d like to return them.

I received my order but it’s defective or, for example, has a stain, or I received the wrong item? Email us right away (info@boutiquebyjlk.be) and we’ll help you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution.
