When will my order be shipped?
Please see our shipping policy on our website. Shipping to germany or france will take up to 2-3 working days.
"What payment methods are available?
You can choose a "quick check-out" using PayPal or Shop Pay. This is a payment method where your details are known and filled in automatically. Have you checked this payment method by mistake? Please close our web browser and visit our website again. If you do not want to use this payment method, click on the button 'choose delivery address' and fill in all your details first and then choose Bancontact, Ideal, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay. You can't pay afterwards (Klarna) with us.
" I signed up for the newsletter, but I haven't received a discount code?
Through the pop-up on our website, you can subscribe to our newsletter. For privacy reasons, we are not allowed to mail this code to you. That is why we clearly state in the pop-up that you must copy the code and then you can use it at checkout.

Yes we ship to the Germany or France. Your order will be shipped via PostNL. Your package will be transferred in the Netherlands itself, so your order will be delivered faster.It will take to 2-3 working days.
" From when do I enjoy free shipping?
You enjoy free shipping from € 150,00.
" I have placed an order (multiple items) and one of them is a pre-order, what now?
Your order will only be shipped once all items are in stock here. This is why we always include the pre-order shipping date in the description.
" I have not received a confirmation via email nor an email with tracking info?
Be sure to check your spam. You always get a confirmation e-mail of your purchase and as soon as we register your package at Bpost or PostNL you will receive a new e-mail with the track&trace. No e-mail in your spam? Contact us and we will be happy to help you!
" The items are not as expected, I would like to return.
