Do you place an order from Tuesday to Friday before 12:00 PM?
Then your order will be handed over to Bpost or PostNL on the same business day. Delivery within 1 to 2 business days. For Germany & France: we hand over to PostNL, delivery in 3-4 business days

Do you place an order during the weekend or on Monday before 12:00 PM?
Then your order will be handed over to Bpost or PostNL on Tuesday. Delivery within 1 to 2 business days. For Germany & France: we hand over to PostNL, delivery in 3-4 business days

On Mondays, no orders are handed over because I have "mom-day" with my little son.

We are not responsible for any delays at Bpost or PostNL due to strikes, busy periods like Black Friday, year-end, etc.

» I place an order with one pre-order item?

When we mention that an item is a pre-order, it means the products are on their way to us but not yet physically in stock. The expected shipping date of this item is always included in the product description. Your order will only be shipped once all items are in stock. This is to charge shipping costs only once. We do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible.
