When will my return be processed?

Your return will be processed on Tuesday. We process returns on these days because returns from the Netherlands arrive at our postal address where the returns arrive. We collect these every Saturday. Is your return form not completed or is the return form not included? Your return will then be processed a week later.

Because we are a Belgian webshop, we have a Postal Point address (BOUTIQUE BY JLK, Molenweg 2A, 6039 RH Stramproy) so that customers can return cheaper (return costs are at your own expense, except in the case of defects or incorrect delivery).

• You will receive a separate email regarding your refund (be sure to check your spam)
• The money (purchase amount of the items) will be back in your account within 1 to 2 working days.
  The purchase amount will be refunded to the same account of purchase.
  *Legally, we have 14 days after receipt to refund the purchase amount to the account.
